HostGator – If you’re looking for a host for your website or blog, I’d recommend HostGator. I’ve been with HostGator for years and the downtime is almost nonexistent and the support is always great. The prices start at $3.95 which is a great deal! Check out my tutorial on how to start fake ray bans your own self-hosted WordPress blog. Also, get 20% off all New HostGator Hosting plans with Coupon: SNAPPY.
Namecheap – When it comes time to buying your own domain, I’d recommend Namecheap. I used to use Godaddy but with Namecheap you get free WhoisGuard for a year, which is great because it protects you and doesn’t show your information if someone looks up your domain. Plus, each month they have a different coupon for purchasing a domain! Definitely a win win in my book.
