xoxo Christina is a blog where I plan on documenting my life and journey towards motherhood. We have had two miscarriages and would love to start a family! Follow our journey! I’ve been blogging on and off for over 10 years and I’ve committed myself to blogging full-time now. I love graphic and web design and want to include that in the blog as well. If you’re looking for a custom theme, head on over to my design site – Emi Creates! I’m looking forward to seeing where this blog can go and meeting new people along the way.
Who Am I?
I’m 29 years old. I currently live in Nevada. I grew up in Southern California and in 2008, I moved up to Northern California with my parents. My dad passed away in 2014 and my mom passed away in 2015. After experiencing those losses, I decided the best move for me was to come back to Southern California to be around friends and family down here. However, in July 2017, my fiancé and I moved to Nevada!
I have my degree in Early Childhood Development and worked in childcare for over 10 years. The last 5 years, I was working in the office as an office manager. I enjoyed my job but left when I moved back down to SoCal. Currently, I’m committed to blogging full time with the hopes of being a stay-at-home mama one day. I also sell LuLaRoe!
Who’s That Guy?
On July 29, 2016 I got engaged to my best friend. We’ve known each other since I was 11, however we didn’t meet in person until earlier this year. We met on AOL and kept in contact for over 15 years. He came to visit me and the rest is history. Look for a post on that soon!
We have had two miscarriages (July 2016 & March 2017) and are now trying for our rainbow baby. Even after our losses, I’m truly the happiest I’ve ever been because of him. He lifts me up and every day with him is something new. Can’t wait for our forever.
Who’s That Baby?
My fiancé and I had been trying for a baby after experiencing two losses. We had our last miscarriage in March 2017 and had been trying since then with no luck. In September 2017, we decided to seek help from a fertility clinic. We had our first appointment and was getting ready to start all the testing but this baby had other plans because we were already pregnant! We are so excited to meet this little rainbow baby… making their arrival June 2018!
My blog will focus more on the pregnancy now but I’ll still include other lifestyle posts! Follow my journey to motherhood and everything in between.
